Cómo denunciar una infracción de derechos de autor
Como exige la Digital Millennium Copyright Act («DMCA»), Pub. L. 105-304, Diccionario Dominicano ha designado un agente para recibir las notificaciones de presunta infracción de derechos de autor que ocurran en el dominio diccionariodominicano.com.
Si crees que se está infringiendo una obra tuya protegida por derechos de autor, notifícalo al agente designado:

La DMCA exige que toda reclamación se haga por escrito e incluya:
- La firma, física o electrónica, del titular de los derechos o de quien esté autorizado a actuar en su nombre.
- La descripción de la obra protegida que se considera infringida.
- La descripción del material infractor y la información suficiente para que Diccionario Dominicano pueda localizarlo.
- Tus datos de contacto: dirección, teléfono y correo electrónico.
- Una declaración de que crees de buena fe que el uso del material no está autorizado por el titular de los derechos, su agente o la ley.
- Una declaración de que la información de la notificación es exacta y, bajo pena de perjurio, de que estás autorizado a actuar en nombre del titular de los derechos.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires that all infringement claims must be in writing and must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit Diccionario Dominicano to locate the material;
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
